The type V switchboard shunts without an insulating base and cannot be mounted directly to conductive surfaces. Available in ranges of 15 Amperes through 600 Amperes with a 50mV output and 50 Ampere through 600 Ampere with a 100mV output, the type V is designed for bus-bar mount utilizing the bolts (not included) 5/16" for 300A or less and 3/8" for 375A or more.
Note:
For continuous operation, it is recommended that shunts not run at more than two thirds (2/3) the rated current under normal conditions of use as per AIEEE standards.
