The LAN Fox is a compact, hand-held instrument designed to generate
tracer
tones for locating un-energized LAN cables. When used with an inductive
amplifier, like the Triplett Hound or Hound 2 Probe,
cable tracing is made
quickly and easily. The single selector switch sets the tone of the LAN Fox
to Hi or Lo warble, while the LED gives a visual indication that the unit is on.
